Our theme the Power of Teams is incredibly relevant for the church in 2010 and beyond. We are at the beginning of a new decade with all its potential before us, but to see different results from what we have seen we need to explore teamwork a-new. Effective teams can bring synergy and momentum to our ministries. But there is much to learn about team development, where we get the right people, into the right role, serving for the right reasons.
There is also the need for new teams in every church, pioneering new ways to open our communities to the gospel, along with the need for fresh understanding of how to give leadership and management to the many teams already working within Church life?
In 2010 we want to champion those thoughts and give God opportunity to take the churches that we represent, to another level of effectiveness.
We have an outstanding group of communicators, all local church based, speaking this year, and we know you will be blessed stretched and inspired with keys and concepts.
