Rocket Zone is an exciting training event for young people who really want to go places for God. Training means learning new skills then putting those skills straight into action. At Rocket Zone young people in Years 5-8 have opportunity to choose one of our great selection of workshop streams, and immediately apply what they learn by preparing something for our Launch Pad concert, or something deliciously creative for our morning tea and lunch! Numbers for all workshops will be limited, so register early to ensure you don’t miss out.

We have a great line-up of talented people leading workshops, people who will help you, train you and inspire you to serve God and to serve others with your gifts and talents. Of course, getting good at something takes more than a day, but you’ve got to start somewhere. So why not make it happen, at Rocket Zone!

Important Note for Parents

Rocket Zone starts at Papanui Baptist Church , 144 Sawyers Arms Road, at 9.30am. Please drop your children there. Later in the day they will be transferred by bus to St Albans Baptist Church [SABC], 64 McFaddens Road, for the Launch Pad concert and the conclusion of Rocket Zone. We would like to invite and encourage parents to attend the Launch Pad concert 3:30pm - 4:45pm.

*Note: Parents attending the Building ChristsChurch conference at SABC may drop their children off from 8.50am if required.
