of St Albans Baptist Church

Celebrating 100 Years of God's Faithfulness to us at SABC This October.

We invite you to join us for a milestone: the Centenary Celebration of SABC. For an entire century, we have witnessed God’s incredible faithfulness within our church and throughout our community.

To mark this 100-year journey, we are hosting a special weekend of reflection, connection, and joy—and we want you to be a part of it!

Whether you have been part of our church family for decades or are visiting us for the first time, there is a place for you at our table. Below is an overview of what we have planned for the weekend.

Join the waitlist for the 100 Year Dinner
Friday Evening: Social Gathering 7pm
‍Kick off the celebrations with a relaxed evening. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new faces as we begin our centennial weekend together.

Saturday Afternoon: Community Open Day 10am - 2pm
‍We are opening our doors to the wider community! This is a family-friendly afternoon for everyone to enjoy our space, learn about our history, and celebrate the vibrant life of our church today.

‍Saturday Evening: Centennial Celebration Dinner - 7pm
‍Join us for a formal sit-down dinner as we share a meal and stories of grace from the last 100 years.
‍Who: Open to everyone aged 12 and over.
‍Registration: Dinner is now fully booked, if you would like ot be added to the waitlist please fill out the form below.

Celebration Service - 10am
‍The heart of our weekend. We will gather for a special service of worship and thanksgiving, looking back at where we've been and forward to where God is leading us next.

‍Sunday Afternoon: Old-Fashioned Church Picnic 1:15pm - 3:45pm
Location: The Groynes Bring your own lunch and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of connection, old school games, and fun for all ages (young and young at heart).

Worship Evening - 7pm
Join us for an evening of worship and thanksgiving as a Church to close ourcelebration weekend together.

How to Join Us
‍Aside from the Saturday night dinner, all events are open to all ages and do not require registration.
